These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using "Hiragana Master - Handwriting Practice" (the "App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

# 1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

# 2. Service Description

The App is an educational app for learning how to write hiragana. It provides the following features:

  • Handwriting practice for hiragana
  • AI character recognition
  • Learning through games (Word Master, Shooting Master)
  • Voice reading function

# 3. Fees

The App is free to use.

# In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are required to use premium features (all levels unlocked, offline support). Purchased features can only be restored with the same Apple ID.

# 4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited when using the App:

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Decompiling, reverse engineering, or disassembling the App
  • Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the App or any part thereof
  • Circumventing or disabling the App's security features
  • Acts that cause damage to other users or third parties
  • Acts that interfere with the operation of the App

# 5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included in the App (text, images, audio, programs, etc.) and other intellectual property rights belong to the developer or legitimate rights holders.

# 6. Disclaimer

  • The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
  • The developer is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the App.
  • The content of the App may be changed without notice.

# 7. Service Interruption/Termination

The developer may interrupt or terminate the service in the following cases:

  • System maintenance and inspection
  • Natural disasters, accidents, or other force majeure
  • Other cases deemed necessary by the developer

# 8. Changes to Terms of Service

These Terms may be changed as necessary. If there are significant changes, we will notify you within the app or on our website. If you continue to use the App after the changes, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

# 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law.
